Liquitex Freestyle Large Scale Brushes meet the expanding needs of acrylic artists working in grandiose scales.

Large, comfortable non-slip matte finished handles crafted from the highest quality wood have been paired with top-of-the-line synthetic bristle heads. The result is artist quality brushes that offer excellent durability in large scaled applications that require rugged tools. Great for oils and heavy-bodied acrylic.

Each Large Scale Brush features either Synthetic Nylon and Bristle housed in rust free stainless steel ferrule attached to a ergonomic matte black handle.

Large Scale brushes are available in Broad Flat, Giant, Paddle, Splatter, Universal Angle, and Universal Flat styles.

Broad Flat, Long Handle - The long handle is easy to grip for quick gestural strokes on large scale work or reaching high places.

Broad Flat, Short Handle - Ideal for covering wide areas in one movement and for varnishing large surfaces or walls.

Giant - This brush is ideal for covering a large area quickly, it holds a ton of paint making it ideal for large scale applications. Its handle can be unscrewed to attach to a broom handle to get hard to reach areas. A metal hook on its shoulder allows this brush to be attached to the side of paint can or water bucket.

Paddle - The shorter length out of ferrule allows for easy movement thick color and mediums. Useful for broad marks and edges

Splatter - This brush is great for unique splatter effects. Offered in Round and Flat to create different marks. These brushes are wonderful for use with soft-body acrylic colors or acrylic inks.

Universal Angle - This is a great all-purpose brush. Ideal for surfaces with corners and edges.

Universal Flat - This is a great all-purpose brush, ideal for priming canvas, large mural projects, or laying in background colors.
