Designed by watercolorist, Tom Lynch, these artist palettes feature uniquely shaped color wells with low front walls for easy mixing with big brushes. Wells are positioned around the perimeter of a large central mixing area.
Plastic Palette - Made from heavy-duty white plastic, this palette has an extra smooth porcelain-like finish but is lightweight enough to be portable. The tight fitting lid keeps paints moist longer and even provides extra mixing space. Features 16 wells, 3 of which are larger and perfect for bigger batches of color or washes. Measures 12" x 16" x 3/4" deep.
Porcelain Palette - The surface of this porcelain palette prevents the beading and separating of watercolors. Porcelain also prolongs paint moisture and is a breeze to clean. Nineteen color wells surround a generously sized mixing area. A brush well at the front and brush holders in the corners keeps working brushes handy. It measures 12" x 16" x 3/4" deep, and at 7-1/2 lbs. is perfect as a stable studio palette that won’t slip around. Includes a form-fitted plastic cover.
