Sienna Plein Air Pochade Box - Medium

Designed with the artists' needs foremost in mind, the Sienna Plein Air products are beautiful, versatile, and a joy to use. Manufactured using various hardwoods and finished with a rich cherry stain and lacquer finish.

The Sienna Plein Air Pochade Box is essentially an easel and a palette in one. Both canvas panels and stretched canvas may be held in the adjustable canvas holders.

Both Pochade boxes include a removable tempered glass palette ideal for oils and acrylics. Two sets of palette blocks are also included which allow for other palette materials to be used in the box, such as the Sienna Watercolor Palette and Pastel Box (sold separately).

The Pochade box also includes a handy brush tray that stores on the back of the lid with magnets. The tray is ideal for holding wet brushes, palette knives and palette cups. It attaches on the right side of the box and is held in place with magnets during use.

The lid of the Pochade box is held firmly in place at any angle thanks to the lid adjustment arm. The lid will even go completely flat for watercolor painting.

All adjustments are controlled with plastic star knobs, which are easy to grip and hold a tight, stable position.

A critical component of these pochades is the sturdy tripod mounting plate, which accommodates the quick-release Sienna Plein Air Tripod (sold separately) and holds a firm, stable position under the most challenging outdoor conditions.

Medium Pochade Box - The Medium Pochade Box measures 12-3/4" x 10-1/4" x 2-3/4". Accommodates canvases up to 15". Includes a tempered glass palette and weighs 4.4 lbs.
