Pasto - Schmincke Aqua Pasto is a transparent thickening medium which can be used pure or mixed with watercolor to produce impasto effects. It reduces color flow by increasing viscosity, and adds gloss. It is suitable for palette knife techniques in thin layers. It dries slowly and stays water-soluble.
