PanPastel Sofft Tools

PanPastel Sofft Tools let you draw, paint and blend like never before! The Sofft range is a generation of tools and applicators for artists and crafters, created by artists for artists. Sofft Tools were specifically developed for use with PanPastels, and may also be used with most water-based art and craft materials to create a variety of exciting new effects.

The shape of each Sofft Tool has been designed specifically for the needs of artists and crafters. A number of different effects can be achieved with each tool, for example, by using the sides and edges of the tools. Sofft products are versatile, inexpensive and can be re-used again and again (the number of times depends on the type of color and surface being used).

Set of 44 Tools - This Combo Set of 44 Tools includes 4 knives, 16 covers, 4 art sponge bars (1 Wedge, 1 Point, 1 Round, 1 Flat), 2 art sponge angle slices (1 Round, 1 Flat), 1 art sponge big oval, 12 mini applicators, 1 applicator handle and 4 applicator replacement heads.

Sofft Covers - These innovative Covers are sized specifically for use with Sofft Knives and Shapers. They transform Knives and Shapers into absorbent tools, capable of carrying and releasing color and material in a unique way. Sofft Covers are made from our specially formulated micropore sponge which is semi-absorbent. Sofft Covers are easy to clean, simply wash with soap and warm water, squeeze and air dry.

Sofft Knives - When used with Sofft Covers, the traditional painting knife is transformed into a multi-use and absorbent applicator for art and craft techniques. These inexpensive tools function like a cross between a brush and a knife. Each knife has been ergonomically designed to fit in the hand for ease of use and for good control. Sofft Knives are made from a flexible, and durable plastic material. The handles are shaped like wooden handle knives for maximum comfort. Sofft Knives can also be used without Sofft Covers as traditional painting knives.

Applicators - Sofft Applicators feature a replaceable head. Additional applicator heads may be purchased separately. This tool is ideal for applying color, blocking in in colors and blending colors in difficult to reach areas. Mini Applicators are smaller in size and do not have detachable heads.

Art Sponges - Sofft Art Sponges are made with our semi-absorbent micropore sponge material. Each sponge has a unique shape and size, designed specifically for artists and crafters. Art Sponges are easy to clean, simply wash with soap and warm water, squeeze and air dry.
