These economical natural hog bristle chip brushes are studio workhorses! Use them for gessoing, varnishing, and glazing. They're also ideal for encaustic painting and dry brush ink drawing techniques. The bristles on each brush measure 1-1/2" long and are attached to the flat, un-lacquered flat wooden handle with a tin ferrule.
