Masterpiece Elite is one of the strongest, highest quality, professional grade pre-stretched canvases available. When stretched, the solid kiln-dried wood stretcher bars measure 1-1/2" deep and are a full 2-1/4" wide. Museum quality canvases, conservator approved.
Masterpiece stretcher bars, crafted from solid kiln-dried Pacific Northwestern white woods, are straight, strong-ﾠand easily fit together. Each artist canvas is equipped with a unique patented groove on the inner perimeter, the bar fits the tongue and groove braces, making them keyable, just like the corners. Larger sizes feature custom-sized corner diamond braces.
The Heavy Linen is the finest hand primed linen on the market. This linen has an even hand and traditional texture to hold your paint and make brushwork a dream.
Acrylic Primed - The Heavy Weight Acrylic Primed Linen is 5x primed with 3 coats of high-grade acrylic gesso and 2 archival sizing coats.
