Golden Archival Spray Varnish with UVLS

Golden Archival Varnish is a removable mineral spirit acrylic aerosol varnish with UV protection for use with acrylics, oils, watercolors, inkjet prints and drawing media. It is formulated with 100% acrylic resins and produces a flexible, clear film to protect against environmental concerns such as ultraviolet light, dirt, dust, and moisture. The coating is removable and resistant to yellowing. It resists changes in appearance, remains flexible, and is removable for conservation purposes.

This Aerosol Varnish MSA with UVLS (Ultra Violet Light Stabilizers) is formulated with solvent-based, reversible acrylic co-polymer resin. It's an easy-to-use spray varnish made with fast-drying acetone and a propellant. Properly applied, it creates a durable, even film with the same features as Golden brushable MSA varnish, plus excellent wet/dry state clarity. The adjustable fan spray tip allows for precise application and reduced overspray. Allow oil paintings to cure 6-12 months before using as a final picture varnish. Isolation coats should be applied to acrylic paintings before spraying a final varnish.

Gloss Varnish - Gloss Varnish dries to a high gloss finish that can deepen the saturation of colors and unify the painting surface.

Matte Varnish - Matte Varnish dries to an exceptionally matte finish that is almost wax-like in sheen.

Satin Varnish - Satin Varnish dries to a slightly matte, slightly reflective finish that can unify the painting surface.
