Phthalo Blue (Red Shade)- Phthalo Blue (Red Shade) is a reddish variation on this very powerful tinting versatile blue. It is slightly cooler than Phthalo Blue (Green Shade). When used thickly it is dark and opaque, but phthalo makes beautiful transparent glazes.
