Fabriano Artistico Traditional White Watercolor Paper is a natural warm white made without the use of any chemical brighteners or bleaches. It's mould-made from 100% cotton, is chorine- and acid-free, and is internally and externally sized with a plant-based synthetic, vegan-friendly sizing. The enhanced quality sizing offers increased surface resistance to handle the toughest scrubbing and scraping, improved color lifting, and consistent texture and absorbency. Not just for watercolor, it's suitable for all water media, charcoal and pastel, graphite, and other drawing media.

Artistico watercolor blocks are glued on all four sides. The convenience of painting on a block eliminates the need for stretching, so the paper is ready to use. Simply paint directly on the block and let the paper dry before removing. Blocks are not only for ideal for painting and plein air, but also work well for drawing as it provides a sturdy support surface to work on.

Cold Press - This lightly textured paper surface is the most popular finish for watercolor paintings. It reflects light well, retaining the transparent quality of watercolors. The light tooth makes it easier to achieve certain details, while the slightly rougher texture shows off granulating colors beautifully.
