Escoda Modernista Tadami Synthetic Mongoose Brush, Filbert, Size 2

The Tadami Synthetic Mongoose fiber in each Escoda Modernista brush is designed to simulate the feel of real Mongoose hair, a long time favorite of painters for centuries.

You will notice right away that the brush head is stiffer than most synthetics but it still holds a remarkable point and isn't as crunchy and stiff as a natural bristle brush. This series has good snap and responsiveness with watercolor and gouache and is great for oil and acrylic in most any consistency. Every brush receives a special curing treatment to ensure that the brush tuft keeps its shape, increasing its spring and recovery.

Each Escoda Modernista brush features the synthetic Tadami fiber (simulated Mongoose) housed in a triple-crimped nickel ferrule attached to a long, luxurious gray lacquered wooden handle.
