Bristol - Canson XL Bristol Pads contain 25 sheets of heavyweight 100 lb. bristol board in a bright white color guaranteed to make your work pop. Ideal for both wet and dry media, including pen and ink, design markers, graphite, colored pencil, acrylic markers, gouache, ink wash, and watercolor. Each fold-over pad is available in both smooth and vellum surface paper. The smooth finish has very little tooth which helps produce fine lines and detailed sketches with pen, ink, mechanical pencil, washes, and markers. The vellum finish has a light tooth that clings well to dry media which can produce deeper shading with dry drawing media.
