Black Ink Nepalese Lokta Paper is an eco-friendly tree-free paper, derived from the lokta bush, also called the daphne bush. Growing around 6-9,000 feet up in the Himalayan region of Nepal, this bush completely regenerates in about 4 years, after being cut down to 6" from the ground. Lokta papermaking provides a reliable revenue stream for the village artisans of Nepal's rural and urban areas.
Lace - Created with lotka and jute fibers, this lightweight handmade paper has a feathery lace feel with subtle texture. This acid-free paper is perfect for layering in mixed media projects. 25 gsm.
