Designed by a portrait painter, the Manhattan’s top carriage is designed to tilt forward and backward, and slide up and down. The single mast H-frame design can even accommodate 2 paintings at a time, one above another. A generously sized shelf holds your art supplies within easy reach. It's one of the most adjustable easels available!
The Manhattan Easel features a double fold-out painting tray with a melamine paint-mixing surface and two large stainless steel canisters for solvents. Closed, the tray is 30" wide, open it is 60" wide. With the tray mounted, the maximum canvas height is 88". By removing the tray, a maximum canvas height of 102" may be achieved. The easel is mounted on front-locking rubber casters for mobility.
This full-tilt wooden art easel is constructed in the solid oak, then hand rubbed with oil. Some assembly required.
