Acrylic Gouache is similar to traditional gouache in that it dries to a matte finish and is opaque. However, acrylic gouache contains an acrylic binder making it water-resistant once dry and more flexible than traditional gouache. Acrylic gouache is excellent for grounds and layering and can be used on a variety of surfaces other than canvas and paper.
