The ViewCatcher is constructed of durable plastic to hold up to the elements and provide years of use. It is colored a #5 gray to help judge value and has a small sight opening in the center that enables artists to see "true" color.
The adjustable opening may be oriented horizontally or vertically to help find just the right composition at varying distances. Five calibrations, including 8" x 10", 8" x 12", 9" x 12" 11" x 14" and 12" x 16" aid in finding that perfect proportion.
