Pigma Brush Pens create lines that can be overlaid with washes and markers. The permanent, fade-resistant, pigment-based ink will not bleed or run if watermedia is applied and will not feather or bleed through even thin papers. This special formulation of pigmented ink is more complex and stable than dye-based inks, and has become the standard for what is defined as reliable, permanent, archival quality ink. Meets ASTM and ACMI non-toxicity standards.
