Golden Open Acrylics expand the boundaries of acrylic painting, making them suitable for artists whose painting style requires extended working time. To maintain the maximum working time of Golden Acrylics, use Golden Open Mediums and Thinner. Choose from four Golden Open Mediums and one Open Thinner for ultimate control.
Acrylic Gel - Golden Open Acrylic Gel has a slightly softer feel than Golden Regular Gel (Gloss) and the same consistency as Golden Acrylics. It may be used for glazes and to extend the paints while maintaining working properties of Golden Open Acrylics. Available in Gloss and Matte.
Acrylic Medium - Golden Acrylic Medium has a lower viscosity and is used to extend paint and maintain properties when a more fluid mixture is desired to increase flow. Available in Gloss and Matte.
Thinner - Golden Open Thinner contains no binders and is used to thin the consistency of paint mixes without altering open time, or to maintain and adjust the workability of colors on the palette without the use of water mist and moisturizing palettes.
